Owner and Principal, Emily Russell is a Licensed Professional Landscape Architect and a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects. ERLA's expertise covers a wide range of services, consulting and design including urban planning, parks, public art, bio-retention and wildlife habitat, xeriscaping, and sustainably planned communities. ERLA is focused on community involvement volunteering time to groups including City of Bremerton Design Review Board, City of Bremerton Arts Commission, and urban renewal via the 4th Street Quincy Square project in Bremerton, WA.
